Cottesloe, Perth
Helix House's Cottesloe studio is a private-room infrared sauna and ice bath setup down a laneway behind Horizon Yoga, close to Cottesloe Beach. Sessions are booked individually through the brand's own app rather than as walk-ins. It's one of two Helix House locations in Perth, alongside Victoria Park.
This is general information, not medical advice. Sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy aren't right for everyone — consult a qualified health professional before starting, particularly if you have a heart or circulatory condition, are pregnant, or have any other health concern.
