Traditional / Finnish sauna

A traditional (Finnish-style) sauna heats the air in a closed room, usually to 70–100°C, often with the option to add water to hot stones for steam (löyly). It is the older and more established of the two sauna formats and is what most people picture when they hear "sauna".
