South Fremantle, Perth
The Neighbourhood Sauna also runs a beachside traditional Finnish sauna at South Beach in South Fremantle, with sessions built around a sauna sit followed by a swim in the ocean rather than a studio-supplied ice bath. It's a different, outdoor format to the group's private South Terrace studio. Session times are on the studio's website.
This is general information, not medical advice. Sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy aren't right for everyone — consult a qualified health professional before starting, particularly if you have a heart or circulatory condition, are pregnant, or have any other health concern.
