What this site is
Sauna & Plunge is an independent directory of sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy and recovery studios across Australia, alongside evidence-based guides on the modalities themselves and on buying home sauna and cold plunge equipment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any studio listed here unless we say so explicitly.
Accuracy of listings
Studio listings are compiled from publicly available sources, primarily each studio's own website and social media. We write original descriptions rather than copying a studio's marketing copy, and we deliberately don't store details that change often — hours, prices, class timetables and current availability — for exactly that reason: they go out of date fast. Every listing links directly to the studio's own site, Google Maps listing, or Instagram so you can check current details before visiting. See our disclaimer for more on this.
Some studios may choose a featured placement for extra visibility on the site. A featured placement never changes what we write about a studio — descriptions stay original and independent regardless of whether a listing is featured.
