Better known as a Pilates studio, Scout's Redfern site also built a custom Finnish sauna that seats around a dozen people, paired with ice baths for contrast-therapy sessions. It's a rare combined fitness-and-bathing setup in inner Sydney. Sauna session details are listed separately from the Pilates timetable on Scout's website.
