Cryotherapy

Whole-body cryotherapy exposes the body to extreme cold air — often well below 0°C — for a short, closely timed session, usually two to four minutes, in a purpose-built chamber or cabin. It is a distinct format from an ice bath, which uses cold water rather than cold air.

This is general information, not medical advice. Sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy aren't right for everyone — consult a qualified health professional before starting, particularly if you have a heart or circulatory condition, are pregnant, or have any other health concern.
